We’re getting there

This is a short and very belated status update, because things has been moving much slower than we anticipated this year.

At this point, we are only patiently waiting for the release of The Handy’s next software update (FW4) which they showcased at CES back in January. The Teledong will support other strokers as well, but initially only locally over Bluetooth. With their FW4 update, The Handy will be the only stroker capable of being fully controlled in real-time over the internet, and the Teledong will take full advantage of this.

The Teledong itself is finished and a batch has been produced. Our software is also confirmed to be working with the private beta version of Handy’s FW4, there’s just a few more kinks that needs to be worked out.
You can already download our beta version software yourself, here: https://github.com/iwakan/teledong/releases/tag/commander-v0.4.0
Even with the current Handy version, you can control your stroker using Bluetooth, or record to a Funscript. You don’t even need a Teledong, you can test out the functionality by simulating Teledong movement using your mouse.

So when will everything be officially released? We still cannot promise an exact date, but it should be a matter of weeks, now. We are getting really close.
